We offer traditional Indian and Tibetan art like (Thangka,Pichwai & Saura Art), Advanced Mandala art and therapeutic art sessions for emotional healing.

2Do I need to be good at art to join your workshops?

Not at all. All workshops are beginner-friendly and focus on the process, not the outcome. No prior experience is needed just a willingness to explore and express.

3 What is the difference between a regular art class and a therapeutic art session?

Art classes focus on skill and technique. Therapeutic art sessions are emotion-based, designed to help you express, reflect and heal guided with gentle support and intention.

4Are your workshops suitable for children or special needs groups?

Absolutely. We conduct inclusive, age-appropriate sessions and have experience working with children, neurodiverse individuals and therapy groups.

5 Can I attend your sessions online?

Yes! All our offerings art, meditation and breathwork are available online and offline based on your preference and location.

6 Do you offer 1:1 session?

Yes, we provide personalized one-on-one sessions for art therapy, guided meditation, and breathwork. These are tailored to individual needs and emotional well-being.
