I am extremely lucky to own one of the first Buddha paintings by Bismita Aruk. The serenity of the meditating Buddha is captured in white paint on a black canvas. It creates a profound sense of peace and stillness as if the painting is guiding the mind to be quiet and meditative. She is inviting the observer to the spaces in between the white and black, in between light and shadow and let the mind do its trick. I believe, Bismita Aruk is a gifted artist who honed her skill over the years with her training tradition Tibetan painting aswell.

It was an amazing session on 'Mandala Art,' which greatly benefited our teachers and therapists in working with our students of determination.
