This painting is inspired by the traditional Saura tribal art form from Odisha and warli art from Maharashtra, India which is known for its simple yet meaningful patterns. Depicted in simple cotton febric using pure natural colours. This artwork crafted over a period of 2 and ½ months and It reflects the close bond between tribal and nature. At the heart of the painting two peacocks are shown dancing together which is a symbol of beauty,love and joy of nature.Their graceful dance represents the happiness and celebration of life. Surrounding the peacocks tribal figures are depicted performing their traditional dance. The outer layer of the painting is framed with leaves representing natures shelter and connection to tribal life. Through this painting I aim to showcase the simplicity,harmony and joyful essence of Saura tribal life where nature and humans live together in balance.
